When do I need to make an appointment to see you for my flowers?
Once you have chosen the colour of your dresses, and you have samples of your fabric or a picture then you can call me to arrange an appointment suitable for yourself.
Do you make after hours appointments?
Yes all my appointments are on a Monday and Tuesday evening after 7.30pm, I do not make appointments on weekends because I generally have a wedding or function that I would be working on or setting up.
The consultation usually takes an hour and you will need to travel to my office at Kenthurst.
Do I need to come and see you or can I organize my flowers through email or telephone?
It is always best to make an appointment to meet you and get to know you and what style you like and I can advise you on what flowers are available at the time of your wedding. It is also an opportunity to see my work and get any advise you require.
How do I book with floriale to do my flowers?
Once I have met you and sent you a quote you can sign the agreed quote and send a 10% deposit to secure your booking. You can make payment by cash, cheque or direct deposit.
Final confirmation of your order and payment is two weeks before your wedding.
Do you deliver to Bride and Grooms house? Reception? Church?
Yes we deliver to all destinations in Sydney on your wedding day. Bridal bouquets will be delivered the same time as your photographer or earlier if requested. The reception and church will be delivered at organized times. A delivery charge will apply, price will vary depending on location.
Do you have set prices for wedding bouquets?
Prices for floral bouquets will vary depending on the style you choose, the season you get married in and what is available at the time and also how big you would like your bouquets.
